Party Checklist
Dear Host/Hostess
We are very excited that you have chosen us for your upcoming celebration. Our staff is looking forward to assisting you to make this a memorable day. Below is a pre-party check list and reminders to ensure
your guests have an awesome time.
Please check in at the desk prior to setting up for your party to pay the remaining balance & give us an official head count of your party guests.
- Party Room reservations during public play is 1 ½ hours (90 minutes) for up to 10 playing guests& their parents/guardians. $5 admission for additional playing guests max is 5 extra playing guests.
- Private Parties are 2 hours for the entire playground facility. Reserved for up to 20 playing guests & their parents/guardians. $5 admission for additional playing guests.
You may arrive & set up for your party 10 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. We ask that you do not arrive to set up any earlier due to other parties utilizing the room/facility.
- You & your guests are required to exit the party room at the end of your scheduled party time. This includes all gifts, food & décor.
- You will be billed an additional $5 charge for every 5 minutes that is accrued past time. This allows us to thoroughly clean and prepare the room/facility for the next scheduled party.
- Adventurz Creative staff will clean & dispose of all trash. Upon exiting the party room, you are required to take down your décor and take it with you. This includes balloon arches, streamers & balloons. We do not accept décor donations for other parties. We also do not keep or store unwanted décor.
We ask that all of your guests stop at the desk to complete a waiver & or confirm their waiver on file. A waiver is required for all playing guests prior to the child playing, these will be provided at the door. You can complete the waiver with the link provided on our Facebook page at ‘Adventurz
Creative Indoor Playground.
Please remind your invited guests that socks are required to play. We do have some for sale if someone forgets. No shoes are allowed on the mats for all adults & children and must be taken off even if you are not playing.
As the host/hostess you are required per the terms and conditions to have an adult accompanying playing guest. This means that the adults are actively watching and participating with the playing guests to ensure safety rules are being followed.
As the host/hostess you are required to have your guests follow all safety rules. You may review the general safety rules listed below.
Staff will be on site to assist with cleaning and ensuring equipment is function properly. They will also remind guests of safety rules and rules for each section of the facility. These rules are created for the safety of all guests in the playing in the facility.
Decorations are allowed and must stay in the party room. You may use tape, or command strips that will not damage the walls. We do not allow loose glitter, confetti, or table scatter. This includes balloons that have these items inside them. Glitter or confetti bombs are not allowed on premises. These items are extremely difficult to clean up.
- Piñatas are not allowed to be used as an activity inside the facility.
- All party bags with candy, slime or toys are not allowed in the playground facility and must stay in the party room or in a cubby at the front.
- Balloons must remain on the party room & are not allowed in the playground facility.
- All decorations must be within the boundaries of your designated party area. If you are planning on special decorations that require additional space, you must make prior arrangements with the office (subject to availability and additional fees).
- Any special characters or activity (such as face painting) may be done during your party time and must be confined to your designated party area.
- The party room has two 6’ rectangular tables & one small table for gifts & food.
Food should be served only during your party time.
- NO FOOD or DRINKS are allowed in the playground facility and must remain in the party room at all time.
- We do not provide any food or drinks. You are welcome to bring what you would like to celebrate.
- No Alcohol is allowed on premises. Guests found with alcohol will be asked to leave the premises.
- We do not provide food, decorations, or table coverings. We do sell bottled water. There is no water fountain. Please plan accordingly.
- We do not provide utensils, table ware, tablecloths, candles, lighters, matches stepstools, scissors, markers or knives.
As the host/hostess you are responsible for making sure all personal items are removed from the facility at the end of your booking. All trash from your party should be put in the provided trash cans. Any spills or smashed cake on the floor should be reported to staff as soon as discovered so that it can be cleaned up quickly.
We ask that you & your party guests remain out of the designated employee areas (bathroom, storage cabinets and from behind the curtain) These areas are for employees & used for storage and ask the for safety purposes you please stay in the designated spaces for you & your guests.

Playground Rules
Adventurz Creative playground rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please follow these rules:
Supervision:
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Adults are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children.
Age Restrictions:
The playground is designed for children aged 0 months to 11 years old. Please ensure that children are within the designated age range for the appropriate play areas.
Food and Drinks:
No food or drinks are allowed inside the playground. This policy helps to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Water is allowed only in the designated sitting area. Please ensure that water containers have a secure lid to prevent spills.
Footwear:
For hygiene and safety, socks are required for all guests while on the play structures. No shoes are permitted inside the play areas.
Behavior:
Rough play, running, and inappropriate behavior are not permitted. Please encourage children to play safely and be considerate of others.
Use of foul language or inappropriate comments is not allowed. Respectful communication is expected from both children and adults.
Health and Hygiene:
If a child is ill, please refrain from bringing them to the playground to prevent the spread of illness. Handwashing or hand sanitizing is encouraged before and after play.
Play Area Usage:
Respect the designated play areas for different age groups. Ensure children are playing in appropriate areas based on their age and abilities.
Equipment Use:
Do not climb on or hang from non-designated equipment. Follow all posted guidelines for safe use of play structures.
Refrain from climbing on the netting or any other structures not intended for climbing.
Personal Belongings:
Adventurz Creative is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep personal belongings in the designated areas and supervise them at all times.
Emergency Procedures:
Familiarize yourself with the location of emergency exits and first aid kits. In case of an emergency, please follow the instructions of Adventurz Creative staff.
Cleanliness:
Please use trash and recycling bins provided. Help keep the playground clean and tidy by disposing of waste properly.
Respect for Staff and Facilities:
Treat Adenturz Creative staff and facilities with respect. Any damages caused by inappropriate behavior will be the responsibility of the guardian.
Adventurz Creative staff reserve the right to refuse service for any reason and fully reserve the right to remove any customers from the facility who are not adhering to these rules.
